ORDER REQUIREMENTS
All orders must be placed with a minimum of five (5) business days advance notice. We currently operate on a pickup-only basis to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
Bussin' Cakes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Current terms apply to all orders placed after any modifications take effect.
By placing an order with Bussin' Cakes, customers acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ALLERGEN ADVISORY
Bussin' Cakes products are prepared in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens. While we maintain strict cleaning protocols, cross-contamination may occur during production. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities consume our products at their own risk. Bussin' Cakes cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from consumption of our products.
PAYMENT AND BINDING AGREEMENT
Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and creates a binding agreement between the customer and Bussin' Cakes. Failure to collect orders at the agreed time and location does not entitle the customer to refunds or rescheduling.
